Liza is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She’s also a registered nurse, a mother of two wonderful daughters, and spends a lot of time outdoors in nature.
She helps clients become better aligned physically, working from the same clinic as Tony — 547 Upper James Street, Unit C, Hamilton, inside Medhealth Physiotherapy.
Osteopathic sessions with Liza run alongside Tony's energy work but are their own, separate treatment — book whichever fits what you're looking for, or both. Liza sees clients on a limited schedule.

A hands-on, whole-body approach
Osteopathy is a manual, hands-on approach to health that looks at how the structure of the body — muscles, joints, connective tissue — affects how it functions, and the other way around. Rather than focusing narrowly on a single symptom, an osteopathic practitioner considers the whole body and how its parts work together.
Techniques are generally gentle: stretching, targeted pressure, and careful manipulation of joints and soft tissue, chosen to suit what a session calls for.
Your first visit with Liza
A session typically starts with a conversation about what's going on for you and what you're hoping for, followed by a hands-on assessment and treatment tailored to what she finds. Wear or bring comfortable clothing you can move in easily.
As with any hands-on treatment, Liza will explain what she's doing and check in with you along the way.
