I went in to my first session with Tony with an optimistic, open mind. When I was diagnosed with a Cancer recurrence, it was recommended to me that I look for a good Reiki Master to complement and enhance my Cancer treatment and recovery. I just had a reiki healing session with Tony. It was my first time doing reiki so I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know what to expect. I recently had bypass surgery which left me weak emotionally and drained energetically. This was my first experience with reiki, and from the moment I entered the room Tony made me feel safe, comfortable, and open. He is a very kind soul and is very easy to talk to. When the session began I didn’t really know what to expect, but as he cleared my energy I started to get dramatic visions of green and gold. I cannot believe the healing that took place from within my body after years of trauma buildup that I kept held up inside of me since childhood. I have been to many healers over my lifetime and I mean many, even taking courses myself in order to help myself heal from childhood trauma but my resistance to healing was so intense that my body refused to give up and let go. But in having one session with Tony, he was able to release some very deep emotional pain, almost like he had the “hands of God” working through him. As I lay on the table, my body shook – almost like I was having a seizure – as Tony kept pulling out all the negativity held deep inside of me. My session with Tony was to be one hour long but the session lasted much longer than that because Tony did not give up on me and allowed my body to take all the time it needed to let go. What An Experience!
What an amazing experience! The environment was set up in a way that made me feel, safe and welcomed. I felt the energy the minute I entered. Tony’s energy and natural ways had such a strong presence in the room. The meditation part brought me to a place I have never been! I was amazed that by the end of the session I could feel my energy healing others. Understanding our 7 chakras and learning how to open them was amazing! Curious what a Qi-gong Reiki energy healing feels like?

As the energy flowed through my arm into each charka I became alive again I went into my body. It was almost like a river that flowed into my heart, as if I was letting go of the garbage of the past. Let the light shine from within to the outside world. Bring the darkness to the light. Bring the muddy dark, gray cloud to the light. Tony brings his whole heart into the Qigong Reiki practice. As I was in the session I personally felt as through my legs were pins and needles like they were waking up the energy was flowing through smoothly. At my head I saw a purple light between my eyes and above my head saw bright white lights. As I awoke I felt in my body again. I felt like I was inside and safe, a rare feeling for me. My session with Tony was very positive and powerful. I went in looking for an energetic tune-up, to reenergize and rebalance my body and came away with a lot more than that. From the onset he made me feel really comfortable and I was able to get into a state of deep relaxation almost immediately. I could feel the healing energetic work as he got into the areas where I hold my tension. As I started to relax even deeper in that half awake, half asleep state I had visions of my mother there with me. It was beautiful, nourishing and deeply healing. I received a Medical Qigong treatment from Tony last Thursday, so amazing! My body felt lighter and my Qi flows fluently.
I kept closing my eyes for the whole process, but I still saw colours around me. He treated on my head for a while, then treated on my stomach, he continued to pull some energy out, and put some energy in, at the same time. And although I knew he was working over my stomach area, I felt a kind of strong Qi still holding my head stable, and it made me feel so safe and comfortable.

I just want to thank you Tony for giving me such a great week…and more to come! Work is usually a huge stress for me with all the negativity and pressures. After our first session I slept better than I had in a long time. And since our second session nothing has phased me. A coworker actually commented about how nothing has been bothering me especially after he witnessed an incident that would have made my blood boil but I just laughed it off.
Not only am I just walking away or ignoring the negativity around me but now I am able to convert that negativity into a positive flow interaction.

I can never predict what my experience will be during a reiki session. What I can say is that it almost always leads to me relaxing so much that I end up falling asleep. Sometimes I see different colours – (with eyes closed). I am partial to seeing lavender, but have seen all the colours of the rainbow, sometimes the colours are soft and sometimes they are very vibrant!
The one thing that does stand out and is consistent is how “hot” (in a pleasant way) Tony’s hands are over the area he is working on. Despite the heat, the temperature is always pleasant!

I was skeptical at first to try Reiki but now I am so thankful for it. I read someone’s description of reiki as getting a massage and counseling at the same time. I like this description. I have had three sessions so far with Tony and each have been a different experience. One of my sessions was at a time when I had a headache for almost a week straight. Shortly after the session had ended I realized that my headache was completely gone. It was during that same session that saw a lotus flower emerge out of the darkness. I had seen colours on my first session so was surprised when I saw the flower. Every session has left me feeling relaxed, calm, energized, sleeping better and ready for what ever life is going to throw at me.

In regards to my Reiki session with Tony Sibbald Reiki Master .
I was a skeptic at first but l had one treatment and the effects were life changing. Being a nurse for over 20 years, factual science to determine any disease/diagnosis was always part of what l only knew. A couple of years ago, l told myself that l will take on two adventures per year and go outside of my comfort zone and try different things. Reiki was one thing l tried and really enjoyed it. Mind you, Tony mentioned that you may feel things e.g. Hot, cold, tears, happiness, vibrant colors, dark colors, aches, pains, but overall we will tap into your energy channels to release and manage what is happening or what has been stored for many years. No clue at that time what he meant until we finished my first session.
I listened and thought “Is he for real!”
My session began and things happened. Things that you will also feel but each individual is different. I felt rather cold when we finished and Tony reassured me this was normal. I went home felt extremely calm and tired (it took a lot to release things that l was holding on to for a very long time). This is a process but in time, energy will rejuvenate and balance your inside, and you will feel more and more at peace with your life and health.
The calmness stayed with me all day. Being a busy mom raising two small kids, working full time as a nurse, we are always doing things for others. Wow!! I booked another session 4 weeks apart with Tony because l felt this was a better choice for optimizing my overall quality of life, rather than a massage which we all have done in the past.

I recently took the Reiki Level 1 course with Tony. Tony is a great teacher! I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I arrived.
The course was very relaxing and enlightening and everything was explained very well and every question answered. The addition of Qigong exercises was wonderful, and is something I now use daily. I had an energy session with Tony last Sunday. I’m a pretty healthy individual and trying to do all the right things health wise.
I went in to see if this session would do anything for me since I feel great anyway & really don’t have any issues.
The place 1st of all is very tranquil, I felt very relaxed the moment I stepped in the room.
The session took almost an hour and during the session I was so relaxed that I dozed off now and again but whenever Tony had his hand over my left knee, I would feel almost like heat and stimulation( if that’s the right way to describe it) and when I felt this I would open my eyes and all three times this happened Tony was over my left knee.
When the session was done, Tony asked me if I had injured my self on my left knee because he felt that there was a blockage and that’s why he concentrated around there opening up the flow.
I did inform him that 3years ago I went to a 12 session Physio therapy because I was in excruciating pain that all of a sudden developed. The Physio worked on it & it helped a little but what really took the pain away was when around the same time I went gluten free cause I was having stomach issue as well. Tony told me that the place my leg hurt was on my stomach meridian, and he wouldn’t be surprised if my healthy change in diet also helped alleviate some of the pain in my leg… wow that makes sense then on how I was feeling.
But that wasn’t even the best part! The best part was that for the entire week after I felt a ton of energy and so HAPPY, in fact one of my coworkers said to me “Wow you’re full of energy”. I swear I had a permanent smile on my face for no reason, I just felt fabulous.
So Tony, THANK YOU, for providing me this boost of energy & such a wonderful feeling.

I would recommend learning about energy to anyone new to spirituality and I would recommend energy work being done to anyone at anytime to see what we are all capable of if we just gave life a chance to surprise us.

I am so grateful to have found Tony! I have done my Level One Reiki and about to do Level Two in a couple weeks. Tony is an incredible energy practitioner and Reiki Master/Instructor.
I have done Qi Gong on a Saturday morning with Tony which was amazing. A wonderful way to start the day and meet new friends.
And I just recently received a cupping/energy session from Tony. I was made to feel comfortable and well informed on what he would be doing, as this was my first time, and will definitely not be the last. I left feeling totally amazing! I have seen Tony twice and will absolutely see him again for Reiki Healing.
There is something so profound about how I feel when I walk in for a treatment and how I feel when I leave. It’s as if I fall asleep and wake up with a new view. A belief that I can go forward with direction and purpose.
I was a skeptic about reiki before having treatments done. How is it possible that you can have any healing without medications or in some cases. No touch? But it is real! During treatments in the past. I have had flood of emotions after or a sudden feeling of extreme hot or cold in my body, headache, or flu like symptoms. These symptoms would only last a few hours and and then disappear.
I have learned through my own training that these are natural healing symptoms from receiving reiki.
I would highly recommend Tony. He is very kind and is very much interested in your overall well being. Our chats (because I like to talk lol) after treatment are always so reconfirming for me that I am on the right path. Treatments have made me stronger in reclaiming my own power and using my voice.
I always look forward to treatment because the experience and results are different every time.
My biggest advice for anyone going for a treatment session is to always go in with a set intention. The rest will take care of itself. 😊
